Who we are

Alfen is a technology focused recruitment company based in West Dulwich. We have been trading for a year and a half and in that time have steadily grown. Working with us now are 5 consultants and two support staff. We are an electric bunch with people from across the UK and further afield. Alfen is looking to bring on board 2 new trainee recruiters in the first quarter of the year to support our existing clients and also offer a progression path and training to a 360-consultant role.

Who you are

In short; we don’t care! We are a fully equal opportunities company, we don’t care if you have never worked in a sales role, we don’t care if you have a degree, we care even less if you have worked in recruitment.

What we care about is you as a person; we want someone with morals and a will to learn, recruitment is a social job so we do care that you like people! The role in the beginning is very based on being on the telephone (as you grow you will be taken to meetings and client visits) but from the offset this role involves talking to people, lots! If you do not enjoy talking to people this is likely not the job for you.
